Ingredients 

  • 1 cup shredded coconut 
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Quattro
  • 1/4 cup milk 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar swerve 
  • 2 tbsp low sugar syrup 
  • Easter chocolate eggs (like mini eggs or whoppers) 

Recipe Directions 

Preheat oven to 325°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the coconut, protein powder and swerve. Stir in the milk. It should start to combine and form a batter. Add the syrup if needed. Use a tablespoon to disperse the mix onto the baking sheet. Use your finger or a spoon to shape a small hole in each nest. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to fully cool. Once cooled, add one egg to each nest. Enjoy!
